Greg comes from an Automotive Family that dates back to 1955. Growing up and working in his Father's business, Greg learned every aspect of the automotive business. Greg took away from those early years, a strong work ethic and the importance of keeping a good name. After serving his country in the military and working in private industry for 2 years. Greg set out to fulfill a dream of owning his own automotive business. In October of 1984, Greg opened his 1st lot with 3 cars and a $1000 stake. With a business plan, unprecedented in that day. Greg sold used cars back by a Bumper to Bumper Mechanical Warranty. This small business grew to become one of the largest and most recognized independent dealers in the state. In addition to receiving numerous state business awards and community recognition. Greg's Auto Sales was recognized Twice on the national level as being Mississippi's Quality Dealer of the Year. Greg is quick to acknowledge he serves a Sovereign God who long ago provided him with the vision needed to succeed in a tough industry. In 2006, Greg was awarded NIADA's Prestigous Certified Master Dealer Award. Greg was the first in the State of Mississippi to receive this award of which only 2 exist in the whole state. In 2007, Greg leased his Picayune operation to concentrate on his Hattiesburg location and family responsibilities. Greg has been married to his high school sweetheart, Connie for over 32 years. Their daughter, Paige is a freshman at Mississippi College. Spencer, their son is a freshman at Presbtyrian Christian High School. Greg loves to play golf and sail. Greg and Connie attend Temple Baptist Church where Greg serves as a Deacon.

Connie is a vital part of our business as she keeps back end operations running smoothly and efficiently. She is co-owner of Greg's Auto Sales and been married to Greg Merrill for 33 years. She is the mother of Paige and Spencer Merrill and currently staying busy taking care of her elderly father. Between being a mother, wife, and care-taker she keeps a lot of things running around here and a great asset to our business.

Jennifer joined our forces here at Greg's Auto Sales fresh out of college armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the Univeristy of Southern Mississippi. Throughout her 7 years of employment she has held several positions and is skilled in every aspect of the car business. She can answer your questions concerning buying, renting, selling, or trading a vehicle!! Her home is Sumrall, MS where her husband Dustin is a Deputy for Forrest County Sheriff Department. She is mommy to Bragg, her three year old son and attends West Black Baptist Church.

As you visit Greg's Auto Sales you might have a chance to be greeted by Mr. Bragg. He is the three year old son of our office manager, Jennifer, and LOVES to have new customers to entertain. He visits the office often and would love to show you around. He comes in handy when fetching a water for a customer, or playing with your children while you test drive a vehice. :)
